A few months ago, I came in contact with the wonderful photographer Shannon Brooke and we agreed to work together during this years Viva Las Vegas.
So this is me showing off the final results, the god damn awesome pictures, if I may say so myself.
Inspiration for the photoshoot was Veronica Lake and old Hollywood glamour. I do adore everything that looks extravagant, vintage, glamour and opulent, so this was a dream come true for me.
To the photoshoot I brought with me a few vintage dresses and all the diamond covered jewellery I had packed for my trip to Viva Las Vegas.
She teamed up with Danielle June of Madame Pompadour for hair, and Jasmine Cardenas for makeup.
I had previously had my hair done by Danielle, so I knew that would turn out amazing. It was my first time working with Jasmine, but I knew she was a great makeup artist from following her previous work.
They both worked their magic on me, and the results can be found below.
The whole day was incredible, and I can’t wait to work with them all again.
After the photo shoot, I went back to my hotel to get “ready”. I didn’t have to do much since my hair and makeup was already done, but I had to drop of my bag off extra clothes. The rest of the day was spent around Bellagio in Las Vegas. First having an incredible dinner, then going to see O by Cirque du Soleil. Walking around the Conservatory and Botanical Garden, and watching the famous fountain show afterwards was a really nice way to end the evening.
